You can also check out Koji Wakamatsu's pink films like Violated Angels (about an American serial rapist), Ecastasy of Angels (terrorists attacking the US military) and Go, Go, Second Time Virgin (loosly based on the Manson family murders). Imamura's Vengence is Mine is pretty awesome too.
